1.   This Saturday (6^th September)

Forest of Dean. Meet Longlevens School at 8.50am; travel to Clearwell by mini bus. Return Longlevens 5.30pm approx.

Morning: Deep level caving at Clearwell – wear old clothes and either boots or old trainers (the caves are ancient iron ore mines and are therefore very red). Please don’t wear anything you are afraid of spoiling.

Afternoon: Lunch at Symonds Yat, bike riding along a forest trail near Cannop.

Bring with you a change of clothes, packed lunch, a waterproof, your completed medical form and a few pennies as there is a refreshment shop at the end of the bike riding. Cost: £15 (includes cave entrance, guides, bicycle hire, transport – cash or cheque [c/c ‘Gloucester PSFA’] payable on the day – please let me know if this is a problem).

2.   Next Saturday 13^th September

‘All day’ training at Longlevens (on grass). 3 sessions: 9.30-10.45am; 11.00-12.30pm; 1.15-3.15pm. Arrive by 9.25am.

Bring a packed lunch, plenty to drink and suitable clothing depending on the weather. Personal kit (bags, warm up tops, shorts & socks) will be given out at the end of the day.

3. Friday 19^th September

First Friday evening training session (5.00-6.00pm) – B Squad at Robinswood School (on grass); A Side at the Tennis Centre (all-weather surface - enter via Plock Court turning virtually opposite Winfield Hospital).                                                         

4.   Saturday 20^th September

First matches v Sutton Coldfield (B) and St Albans (A) at Longlevens.

5. Medical Forms / Player Profiles

Please ensure you return your completed medical form on Saturday morning (before we leave for the Forest of Dean) and your Player Profile at the same time or as soon as possible afterwards. Thanks.
