1.This Weekend

There is no training or matches this weekend due to the grammar school entrance exams on Saturday 7th.

2. Indian Night

This is the fourth year that we have held an 'oriental evening', with each previous occasion having proved to be  a very popular event and a really good evening.  This season's date is Monday 23rd November at Barburchi (Bristol Road); 7.00-10.00pm. £20 per person (£10 deposits required when booking) - buffet-style Indian meal at this highly recommended venue.

We need to sell as many tables as possible as the restaurant refunds a healthy percentage of each person's payment (that's how much of the profit is made). All monies raised go directly into the Easter Tour fund (details of which appear below), so the more people attending, the more money we make.

I need to book tables in 2 weeks time on Monday 16th November. If you are coming along, can you please drop me an e-mail and let me have your deposit on either Friday 13th or Saturday 14th? Many thanks.

3. Saturday 14th November

Both sides at home - A Team v Brent (11.00am); B Side v Bath (12.30pm).

Training on Friday 13th - both A & B squads at the Tennis Centre (5.00-6.00pm).

4. Photographs

Photographs from the Plymouth & Torbay games have now been added to the Photo Gallery. Pictures from the Portsmouth game won't be available to view until next week as Dave Hickey (who maintains the photo section), is currently in Thailand.

5. Sponsored Shoot Out

Thank-you very much to everyone who has returned their sponsor money. The total amount raised to date is £854.40.

6. Easter Tour Fund

8. 200 Club

Thank-you to everyone who has bought a 200 Club number. As at 4.00pm on Sunday 1st November, 181 numbers had been sold, with 19 remaining. We are going to make the draw for the first 3 months at the Indian Evening on Monday 23rd November.
